Job Description & Summary
A career within People and Organisation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. You’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations.
• Work in the multinational Sustainable Workforce team that advises Swiss and international clients in the area of People Sustainability
• Support the team in all areas of consulting and auditing on topics of People Sustainability including social impact, pay equity, living wages, diversity and inclusion, human rights and Just Transition
• Use your previous experience in a constantly changing and thus exciting but demanding client environment
• Evolve with the requirements of clients and are excited to navigate the People Sustainability regulatory and reporting landscape
• Use and deepen your professional, technical and project-oriented knowledge within the framework of client mandates and internal projects
• Work in an interdisciplinary team which is living the "sustainability spirit" and have access to development opportunities
• Wish to impact how businesses become more sustainable.
• Shape your long-term career goals and develop professionally and personally through on and off-the-job training. For this, you will be coached by experienced managers.
• Completed studies in in a field that integrates human capital, sustainability, and organizational strategy
• Understand Social impacts/risks and have notions of non-financial reporting regulations such as CSRD or CSDDD
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of sustainability and ideally you have already gained experience in consulting
• Notions of sustainable value chain and human rights in supply chain operations are a plus
• Very good analytical skills, a strong quantitative understanding of numbers and recognise complex inter-relationships
• Team player and at the same time interested in independently driving forward tasks and responsibilities
• Might have already gained international experience with different cultural environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and/ or German is advantageous.
• Motivated to continuously develop yourself and have the flexibility and mobility required in the consulting environment to round off your profile
