SC&A is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a civil or environmental engineering background. Candidates must be US Citizens, live in the United States, and have at least 10 years of experience with at least five years of experience managing projects with a budget of more than $5 million. The ideal candidate should have an M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering and have a P.E. Experience should include the planning, design, and construction oversight of lead pipe replacement and experience with emerging contaminants such as PFAS. The proposed candidate should have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage, coordinate, and communicate progress and any problems on the financial aspects of the work.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in site visits, data collection, and investigations regarding environmental topics.
- Review technical/program documents and applications.
- Perform environmental calculations based on provided methodologies.
- Communicate with regulators on compliance issues
- Interact with clients
- Up to 30% travel required
