*Ensure compliance of Blommer's operations with all sustainability certification (Fair trade, Rainforest Alliance, RSPO, EUDR, Sustainable origins).
*Participate in developing key documents (including product labels, product specifications, Production SOP's and checklist), both at the corporate and plant levels, to ensure sustainability practices are accurate for each relevant production department.
*Be the factory expert of current and future sustainability regulations and support factory in designing manufacturing solutions. Inform and ensure compliance with customer's requirement.
*Standardize sustainability scheduling, processing, tracking, and reporting for sustainable volumes and products at each factory.
*Track and report segregated (SG) sustainable production per lot code. Generate Transaction Certificates (TCs) for customers requesting shipment TCs.
*Maintain records of EUDR production and create due diligence statements.
*Reconciliation of quarterly sustainability sales, contract, and inventory for key customers.
*Manage and lead external Compliance certification audits for Sustainability Programs.
*Report purchases and sales to certification bodies.
*Conduct sustainability training at the plant level.

*3 years' experience in sustainability profession, certification management or manufacturing facilities within the food industry.
*Associate degree in a Technical Field or equivalent experience
*BS Degree in related field preferred (supply chain, food science or sustainability management)
*Experience conducting training, ideally on sustainability or certification related topic
*Cross-cultural skills, ability to engage, build trust and communicate with diverse culture, markets, employees, leaders
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
