We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing business programs/projects, strong leadership skills, and be experienced in corporate communications and stakeholder management. This role requires a blend of project management, strategic thinking, and technical acumen. Experience managing learning & development training programs is a plus.

You Will:
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of EHS Business Operations Programs. Ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget management.
- Progress Tracking: Track program progress and performance metrics. Identify and address any issues or deviations from the plan to ensure timely delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Acumen: Be familiar with various program management tools, such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ADO, Jira, Office Suite, etc.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management. Highlight key achievements, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Organizational Change: Be proficient in leading large-scale, impactful organizational change initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including onboarding, communications, financial management and forecasting, and relationship management.
- Learning & Development: Act as a key liaison between learning & development and EHS to facilitate and plan key EHS training initiatives.
You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization. Experience in business operations, strategic planning, and process improvement.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and project team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Base Pay Range (Annual)
$78,400 - $105,000 USD
