Job Description
SUSTAINABILTY ANALYSIS
In this role, you'll conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) on diverse materials and processes, shaping a sustainable future with each analysis. You'll play a pivotal role in our operations, managing supplier requests and meticulously validating the data we receive with precision.
RESEARCH
In this dynamic role, you'll dive into the realm of sustainability, conducting in-depth research on a variety of related topics and regulatory frameworks.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You’ll manage and support projects within the Global Research Team and maintain their progress to further drive Red Bull’s target of net-zero. You’ll assist in structuring projects in stage-gate-processes and in agile settings.
INNOVATION
Lastly, you'll raise ideas and highlight areas of improvement to increase the innovation process e.g. patent processes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in environment and bioresources management, nutritional sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, technical chemistry, process engineering or a similar field
5 years experience in sustainability and/or innovation management
Proven experience in managing innovative sustainability projects in the FMCG or a related industry
Experience in conducting Life-Cycle-Assessments (LCAs) and a holistic understanding of Operations/Supply Chain processes
Strong analytical mind with the ability to take fact-based decisions
Natural curiosity with the ability to quickly identify important scientific questions
Scientific experience and/or publications in the related field are of strong advantage
Strong communication skills, open to learn with a pro-active and solution-focused way of working
English fluent is a MUST, German is of strong advantage
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
