PositionSummary:

The (Snr.) Business Development Manager is responsible for specifying, planning and growth of newproduct and solution in the Energy Storage segment. This role is in a key position to formulateinnovativeproduct solution andwillform productive and sustainablerelationshipswithexternaland internal business partners (both suppliers and customers) to ensure the ongoing and focuseddevelopmentandsuccessofour businessexpansion

Responsibilities:

Collect & understand customer needs, market trends and input from across organizationalleadershipto alignproductstrategyandroadmap intheEnergyStoragemarketsegment.
Identifying Opportunities, Proposal Preparation for the RFPs, Budgeting and Pricing, Price andContracttermsnegotiationandPost-BidAnalysis.
Develop and engage early adopter customer in testing and launching of new Energy Storage productandsolutions.
Carry out feasibility studies/business plans for product or service improvement, customizing, re-modelingandnewproduct/sales/servicedevelopment.
Assess operational issues regarding competitiveness, staying current in terms of trends, innovationsand pricing while staying up to date with external and internal developments in the environment foridentifyingnewmarketsegments.
Align with internal development and delivery team or external supplier to ensure consistency inproduct and schedule expectation.Conduct and participate in midterm and final product designreview toassessproductquality.
Workwithfieldmarketingandsales team inmanagingproduct launchprocess.

Requirements:

Minimum5year’experience inEnergyStorage,Windandsolarindustry
Proventrackrecordofbusinessdevelopmentexperience
Confident with decision making in regards to determining Product guidelines, purpose, followingthroughandcompletion
Understandingof financialreportsincludingbudgetary guidelines andProduct expenditures
EntrepreneurialbackgroundinaSalescapacity
Can-dopersonality,competitiveanddriven.
Excellentinterpersonalrelationsanddemonstratedabilitytoworkwithotherseffectivelyin teams.
