Job Title: Canvassing Manager
Summary:
The Canvassing Manager, is responsible for leading and managing a team of canvassers to generate sales and promote our solar energy solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, customer acquisition expertise, and a deep understanding of solar energy technology.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Essential Duties, Functions, and Core Accountabilities:
Lead and manage a team of solar canvassers to achieve self-generated sales targets.
Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to acquire solar energy customers in line with company expectations..
Train and mentor canvassing team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Monitor and analyze canvassing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct weekly meetings and regular performance reviews with the canvassing team to track progress and provide feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy.
Represent the company professionally in customer interactions and networking events.
Requirements: Onboard team of professionals with proper credentials and background clearances to perform tasks necessary of company brand ambassadors and sales representatives.
Clean Driving Record with DMV, valid drivers license, and insurability under company insurance policies.
Other duties as assigned.

Proven experience in solar sales, canvassing, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and execute effective canvassing strategies.
Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication, phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition, and persuasive and results-oriented.
The ability to promote our brand to homeowners on the benefits of clean energy with integrity
Professional working attitude, good attention to detail, and reliable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Comfortable and adaptable to working semi autonomously in various retail locations.
Motivated team players and a desire to learn all aspects of solar systems.
Ability to establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers, and remain tactful when communicating
Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
Can spell very well and learn "our brand and voice" quickly.
Must be able to pass a background, credit check, and drug screen
Provide regular updates and reports to the company regarding your activities, achievements, and challenges in the field.
Adhere to ethical standards, industry regulations, and company policies while representing the solar brand or company.
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a positive brand image in all interactions with customers and partners.
