- Motivated to partner with key stakeholders to determine current and future staffing needs to assess, further develop, improve, and execute on the Company’s people strategy
- Able to develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan and assist in workforce planning to ensure headcount alignment.
- Keen to build and maintain recruitment operations to provide recruitment insights, trends, and recommendations
- Motivated to support Human Resources to develop and maintain a pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Able to work collaboratively with the Human Resources and Marketing teams to drive employer branding programs and initiatives
- Provide consulting advice to senior leaders regarding leadership pipeline, succession planning and performance management trends and challenges.

- Adept at handling competing priorities and responsibilities with proven experience in talent management, organization and leadership development and succession planning.

- A master in getting things done with your working hands
- Degree educated with a formal tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Having 7-10 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar within a global digital media environment
- Bringing in-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing methods, posting opportunities and HRIS. LinkedIn Recruiter experience required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrating innovation and best practices in employer branding processes and projects
- Proficient in English (additional languages advantageous)
- Experienced in networking and campus recruitment
