What Will You Do
- As a Crops Specialist, you’ll drive sales of agronomic products and services to new and existing customers within your territory, establishing the Conserv FS brand and supporting client profitability. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing marketing plans and developing sales strategies to generate revenue
- Scheduling product delivery and application, and conducting soil tests and crop scouting
- Providing agronomic advice and recommendations to clients
- Managing credit terms and preparing sales contracts
- Meeting established sales goals and participating in ongoing training
What Skills are Required
- Associate’s Degree in agriculture, marketing, or business or equivalent experience
- Seller’s or solicitor’s license (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of agronomy products, services, and FS programs
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and lift up to 75 lbs
