Responsibilities
- Answering sales and operator calls
- Schedule sales appointments for multiple sales reps
- keeping a weekly count of leads(appts) and opportunities
- Schedule service appts
- File warranty claims
- Data entry of invoices and receipts
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Other office tasks as needed
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
