We are seeking a dedicated Inspection Coordinator to join our team at Ambia Solar. In this role, you will play a critical part in guaranteeing that our solar installations adhere to city, utility, and internal standards. Additionally, you will work closely with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to receive final inspection approvals, facilitating the transition of projects to the next phase.

Responsibilities:
Compliance Assurance:
- Ensure that solar installations meet city, utility, and internal standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with the installation team to address any issues or discrepancies in real-time.
Inspection Coordination:
- Plan and schedule inspections with local authorities and utilities.
- Coordinate site assessments and inspections, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.
Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact with AHJ representatives.
- Submit necessary documentation and facilitate communication to obtain final inspection approvals.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality and compliance of solar installations.
- Provide feedback to the installation team to ensure continuous improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, approvals, and any corrective actions taken.
- Generate reports on the status of inspections and compliance efforts.
Project Transition:
- Facilitate the smooth transition of projects to the next phase upon receiving final inspection approvals.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and approvals are in place for account progression.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
