A Sales & Service Administrator handles using the knowledge of company products and services to connect with customers and generate sales. Highly motivated and self driven.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Field all incoming calls

Initial data entry for Service Tickets and Sales Information requests

Work with Senior Technical Service Manager to schedule service, contact customers, and organize and manage Service Dept. data

Responsible for Service billing review and confirmation (some credit card processing)

Daily communication with the Sales team as needed to update customer concerns and scheduling

Ability to access and utilize our company CRM and basic graphics programs required

Coordinate with Sales Director to develop collateral for sales campaigns

Data management concerning all aspects of the Service Dept.

Initial sales information is entered into the company CRM and weekly marketing and sales data collection is coordinated and relayed to the Sales Directors

Sales queries are relayed to the Sales Director for assignment

Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Availability of Monday-Friday

Valid driver license

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years related experience

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers, and remain tactful when communicating

At least 2+ years of previous solar installation experience required

Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
