Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and resilient Contact Centre Advisor to join our highly successful Contact Centre team at our Head Office in Stourport-on-Severn on a minimum fixed term contract for 9 months. The Contact Centre Advisor will need to possess a positive attitude and be an excellent team player. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calling and must be able to manage a high workload. This is an exciting opportunity for a target driven sales professional to join a passionate sales team.
Contact Centre Advisor main tasks will include:
- Adhering to key targets / KPIs for the role
- Inbound and outbound calls relating to Slicker collections / services
- Monitor emails and website chat rooms to ensure a timely and prompt response
- Resolving customer queries where appropriate and escalating where required
- Maintaining strong working relationships with the team and other departments
- Outbound call projects relating to marketing campaigns
- To support sales across the business by cross selling and up selling where possible
- Management of the customer database to include accurate and timely set up, amendments and removal of customer contract and contact details
- General office administration and support for all Commercial departments as required
- Obtaining customer / competitor insight and sharing with Contact Centre Manager
- To display business values and role model as appropriate
