What You'll Do:
Under the direction of the CRO and Director of People Operations, your typical week may include (but isn't limited to):
- Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, set up meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the CRO and other key team members.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with lead management, CRM updates, prepare sales presentations, and support marketing campaigns (including social media).
- People Operations: Help with recruiting efforts, onboarding new employees, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining employee records.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle office supply orders, document management, expense reports, and ensure general office organization.
- Project Assistance: Provide cross-functional support for business operations projects and ensure timelines are on track.
- Client Relations: Assist with client communications, follow-ups, and customer service as needed.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or sales support experience.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
