Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Raija Solar. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our solar power plant solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong creativity skills to develop engaging marketing content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Experience with content development and social media management
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on marketing performance
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our solar power plant products and services
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and website content
- Manage and analyze marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness and return on investment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure the alignment of marketing activities with business objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events
- Assist in identifying and building relationships with potential customers and partners
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as leads generated, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
