Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics and present findings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
