DescriptionHire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Solar Technician to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician to work in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar installations and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining solar energy systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in solar installations.
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure performance efficiency.
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients.
- Collaborating with project managers and other technicians to complete installations on time.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Staying updated with industry developments and safety standards.
Requirements - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in solar technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in solar installation and maintenance.
- Experience with large scale projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Drivers license is required.
