Job Summary
Join the SiteWorker team As a Solar Installer, your responsibilities are to assemble, install, and/or maintain/service solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in accordance with design plans. May include but are not limited to; measuring, cutting, attaching, and assembling structural framing (racking systems), solar modules and other necessary components to complete a solar installation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in solar installation is a MUST
- Familiarity with electrical systems and construction techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor
- Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined space.
