About the Role
As a Reliability Engineer you shall Drive manufacturing innovation and efficiency in a dynamic role focused on enhancing performance benchmarks.
You shall spearhead process enhancements to boost throughput and reduce variation, ensuring maximum uptime at reduced costs.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you shall:
- Support the development and implementation of capital projects by collecting, developing, and analyzing technical information and data.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot process-related issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly and create procedures as per OEMS standards
- Identify performance gaps and implement equipment and process changes to address mechanical and electrical issues
- Develop a deep understanding of process factors, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
As a Reliability Engineer you would hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, Proficiency in MS Office and a passion for fast-paced environments.
Ideally, you shall also possess:
- Prior experience with LEAN manufacturing, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Hazards Analysis (PHA), and/or Process Control Systems
- Experience in analyzing, estimating, and planning capital expenditures
- Familiarity with heavy industrial equipment
- Industrial experience in continuous flow processes requiring work outage planning
Due to the nature of the role and Industry, the working environment would entail:
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and tolerate temperatures ranging from above 100 degrees to below 32 degrees Fahrenheit
- Comfortable working in hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environments
- Adherence to strict safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day
- Comfortable working around moving equipment and machinery
- Capable of lifting and pulling loads up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.
