As the Lead Telecom Analyst at Zeitview, your leadership will be pivotal in driving impactful insights within the telecom infrastructure domain. Your expertise will ensure meticulous analysis, process optimization, and the delivery of high-quality solutions, contributing significantly to Zeitview's commitment to providing actionable intelligence across diverse industries.
This position is responsible for the execution of all analysis activities related to telecom tower inspections, as well as completing documentation to ensure contractors can access cell towers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Telecom Analytics team, focusing on comprehensive analysis and solutions within the telecom infrastructure domain.
- Conduct thorough technical training sessions for the team, fostering skill development and expertise in telecom analytics.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the telecom domain, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Own individual project processing, ensuring end-to-end handling from raw data to delivery, maintaining high standards of analysis and operational metrics (SQDC).
- Adhere to predefined communication protocols with stakeholders, ensuring transparent and efficient information flow.
- Allocate project activities to respective teams, ensuring optimal task assignment and coordinated efforts.
- Collaborate with the team lead to assist in training initiatives and resolving project-related queries.
- Provide daily project updates through project management platforms like Asana, Jira ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Composite Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in telecom analytics (min 1+ yrs) with team management skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and oversight of telecom analytics projects.
- Proven track record in conducting technical training sessions and fostering team development.
- Proficiency in conducting RCAs, handling customer complaints, and driving process enhancements.
- Ability to manage project processes from raw data to delivery, adhering to high-quality standards and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and team members in different regions.
- Proficient in project management platforms like Asana, and Jira for efficient reporting and coordination and essential computer applications such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, etc.
