As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Milling Operations Worker at our East Grand Forks Grain Elevator.
This position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the milling and processing of Soybeans at our East Grand Forks location.
This is a rotating day and night shift position with some overnight shift work expectations. The incumbent in the role MUST have flexibility for both day and night shifts based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all tasks required at the facility that contribute to customer service, grain conditioning and general facility upkeep
Assist with performing general equipment maintenance
Operate various types of mobile equipment
Lead the activities of the operations team including tasks or projects pertaining to bean milling and processing
General housekeeping responsibilities
What is expected of you and others at this level
Has developed proficiency through job-related training and considerable on the job experience
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
