Education/Experience:
- Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity running industrial, manufacturing, or O&M power plant facilities or 3-5 years of experience as a site lead in renewable energy O&M environment. Previous practice in leading (O&M) front line personnel desired. Organizational acumen, financial understanding as well as short- and long-term planning skills necessary. Understanding of inventory management, and background in working with continuous improvement practices a plus.
- Previous exposure to working with renewable energy technologies and CMMS system operations (SAP) are pluses. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite desired.
- 2 to 4-year degree with no less than 3-5 years of equivalent work experience or a combination of years of applicable work experience.
Critical Competencies:
- Requires the knowledge, skills, and abilities set forth in Appendix A.
Physical Requirements: A combination of office/computer based working environment and field.
Working Conditions:
70-90% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 10-30% of time is spent outside of the office guiding field personnel, accommodating training, contractors, and vendors.

Salary range: the full salary range for this role is $81,000.00 to $135,000.00. The target range for this position is $85,000.00 to $125,000.00.. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
