MAJOR DUTIES: As a Support Services Specialist within the Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), some of your specific duties will include: Maintain accounts for all types of equipment, material, and property furnished to the Government ensuring accountability, inventory, utilization, and disposal of property. Perform tasks related to all aspects of administrative operations, including serving as a Property Custodian, security facility management, ordering office supplies as a purchase card holder, equipment maintenance replacement, GSA vehicle reports maintenance, facilitation for special meetings, conference and training. Identify issues affecting the program, propose solutions and review changes. Perform on-boarding and off-boarding management and provide trainee support.
