US Services EcoFit Transformation Leader
Reporting to US Services Chief of Staff
The role of the US Services EcoFit Transformation Leader is to lead strategic transformation projects in the EcoFit manufacturing sites, including large scale real estate and facility projects, focused on the setup of a new manufacturing plant with a targeted project timeline of 2 years. They will work closely with the Real Estate and Facilities team and leadership to define project objectives, create plans, and execute projects. The Transformation Leader must have experience in project management, delivering industrial projects, a working knowledge of building layout, and construction aspects. This includes familiarity with dock equipment, air handling units, HVAC systems, site electrification, building infrastructure, security infrastructure, IT infrastructure, and renovations to existing buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manage critical transformations for the US Services EcoFit plants; provide guidance and set expectations for the projects, working with the team to define critical goals/ milestones.
- Take ownership of the Transformation initiatives; work with leadership stakeholders to set vision and provide direction to participants.
- Drive process improvements and facilitate business system changes across functions to ensure customer and business success.
- Ensure consistency and accountability across projects; hold regular cadence meetings; institute program and project management disciplines.
- Work collaboratively across the US Services EcoFit leadership team to define and develop initiatives that progress EcoFit strategy and transformation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams comprised of Safety, Real Estate and Facility, and other line of business teams to ensure successful design and implementation of a new manufacturing site.
- Ensure strong communication and cadence to ensure all stakeholders and interconnected transformations work in tandem to future state.
- Familiarity with industrial projects, a working knowledge of building layout, and construction aspects.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Exceptional communication and project management skills. Ability to lead initiatives and operate with a high degree of independence, effectively navigating projects to completion while engaging stakeholders and team members in a collaborative manner. 8 years project management preferred. Line Design Architecture Management and other construction experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to move forward complex transformations.
- Ability to strategize, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights. Capable of leading projects with a strategic mindset and a focus on business outcomes.
- Passionate and energetic leader with a proven track record of results and outcomes and be confident in working with a large group of stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of finance and cost accounting
