Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Management System Engineer in our Lexington, KY facility. You will be responsible for the overall quality management system, playing a vital role in building, maintaining, and improving the integrated management system while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
What will you do?
- Build, maintain, and improve the integrated management system within the entity.
- Implement the Health & Safety, Environment & Energy, and Quality policy in collaboration with the plant manager and management team.
- Ensure compliance of the IMS (Integrated Management System) by preparing, validating, and implementing the audit plan within the entity and leading the resulting actions.
- Lead the IMS (Integrated Management System) network of the site to guarantee compliance with the standard.
- Plan, lead, and/or conduct internal audits.
- Lead the management review and follow up improvement plan execution.
- Update and improve the Health & Safety, Environment & Energy, and Quality manual and process mapping in accordance with HSE regulations standards, customer expectations, and entity evolutions.
- Animate and challenge Process owners.
- Empower process owners, ensuring processes are described, animated, measured (KPIs), reviewed, and improved through process reviews and management reviews.
- Challenge process owners to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode.
- Ensure process owners are leading the appropriate systemic action plans by providing support and expertise in process management.
- Obtain and maintain external certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 for the entity.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field is required.
- Proven experience in quality management systems and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
