The Work Orders manager is responsible for the timely correction of problems external to the typical solar process. This includes monitoring troubleshooting, contracted repairs for damages, and RMAs for faulty equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Synchronizing work orders with service requests
- Design and maintain Field Service Salesforce Dashboard workflow
- Write and update SOP for troubleshooting SolarEdge
- Schedule field service tasks with homeowners and field resources
- Work with subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Experience deescalating frustrated homeowners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time
- Employee may be required to talk and listen to employees and customers.
- Employee is occasionally required to stand for periods of time
