- Receive lists, reports, requests for payments and/or a variety of other source documents containing various forms of information, and organize such documents in a manner conducive to entry into the appropriate customer data base.
- Confirm form of payments on all services that are input
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping needs of all services provided
- Ensure appropriate fees are attached to services as per the municipal or government agreements in place
- Apply and maintain permits active within the service areas as necessary
- Compose and maintain detailed reports as required by customer needs for recycling initiatives
- Review and correct activity codes on new and existing customer orders
- Update customer contact or billing information when necessary
