Collect site visit feedback
Prepare job timeline and budgets
Keep CRM (including Notes) updated on all aspects of project
Coordinate engineering (internal and external)
Manage permitting process
Request staffing and materials resources from Director of Operations according to job timeline
Ensure projects proceed on-schedule
Produce post-completion performance analysis
Fill-in for other PMs when out
