Main Responsibilities:
- Purchasing Ratio Implementation: Execute the monthly purchasing ratio, and communicate bi-monthly with the Sourcing team about the implementation status, discrepancies, and reasons.
- Order Tracking and Coordination: Track order arrivals, coordinate with suppliers, reconcile orders, submit due payments, and manage urgent payment tracking.
- Supplier Performance Evaluation: Evaluate monthly supplier performance and delivery data, provide feedback on delays, and work with suppliers to improve.
- Internal Sales Management: Oversee internal sales for all company accounts, including TOD and resale for overseas accounts.
- Payment Tracking: Summarize and collect monthly estimated payments and weekly actual payments for each work section, and report to finance promptly.
- Leadership Support: Complete tasks assigned by leadership and participate in company culture initiatives.
- AEO and Auxiliary Materials Audit: Conduct audits for AEO and auxiliary material purchases.
- Returned Goods Management: Handle transportation agreements for returned goods, coordinate with suppliers for customs clearance and pickup, and manage transfer sale contracts and communication documents.
- Supplier Information Management: Collect and maintain supplier information and establish supplier files.
- Daily Operations: Address daily operational tasks and other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong internal and external communication abilities.
- Data Processing Skills: Proficient in data processing.
- Office Software Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Business Knowledge: Understanding of procurement, supply chain, and e-commerce principles.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred
