Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our high calibre BMD Urban team, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes for a variety of urban development and civil construction projects in the Townsville region. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with long-term subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience in urban development and civil construction projects
- excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
You may also have the following additional desirable skills:
- Certificate IV Civil Supervision.
