Job Summary:
Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely availability of materials for maintenance activities, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock records and conduct regular audits.
- Forecast material requirements to avoid stockouts.
- Material Handling & Issuance:
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials to O&M teams.
- Track material usage and returns.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Liaise with procurement and O&M teams to ensure material availability.
- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports.
- Vendor & Asset Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Track O&M tools and equipment usage.
- HSE Compliance:
- Ensure materials are handled and stored according to safety regulations.
