JOB SUMMARY: The Concessions Management Specialist has typical duties that might be performed across a wide range of functions and parks. The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of assignments at an advanced developmental level designed to increase the skill and knowledge required to perform analytical and operational work in support of the Commercial Services Program. MAJOR DUTIES: MAJOR DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Calculates rent deductions for housing needs and requirements for permanent and temporary staff, processes quarters management for contractual rental rates and agreements. Reviews, selects, monitors and maintains commercial use authorizations and special use agreements, interprets, educates and informs the public of permit requirements. Evaluates, maintains and selects concessionaire bids, grades concession programs, assess special request and ensures operations are in accordance with contractual language. LESS THAN FPL: Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
