Job Description
The position is designed to bring process expertise / support for the operation and for the implementation of upgradation projects at sites dedicated to Hazardous Waste, particularly in the incineration and related pre-treatment processes, including: TDU, deoiling tricanter, Stabilization, Class I and II landfill, PCT, mercury treatment unit, and Incineration lines with a capacity around 60 KTA; ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT: He/she reports to the project capex delivery manager in close collaboration with the local capex delivery team Key Responsibilities: Performance and optimization analysis regarding ongoing operation Act as a support to operations Support in the sizing of process and related thermal equipment Support to the establishment of all the schematics (PID/PFD/BFD/SFD..) according to the Process Support for the preparation of engineering documents: Data Sheet, specifications, etc... Support for Engineering reviews (Process Review, Design Review, Hazid, Hazop.) Support for project risk analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline (Chemical / Process Engineering preferred) 10 years experience in separation and heat treatment processes Strong chemical engineering/process engineering background in hazardous waste In-depth knowledge of engineering techniques and rules Reading of plans and technical drawings (PFD, PI&D, PSFD...) Creativity and taste for innovation Key Behavioral Skills: Ability to work in a multicultural international environment Good communication with project and operations teams Good practice of English
