The Service Department ensures the optimal performance of our customers’ wind farms, maximizing energy yield and maintaining long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Safety Culture: Develop and maintain a high focus on safety.
- Budget Management: Develop and recommend budgets and programs to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Predictive Maintenance: Implement solutions to reduce wind turbine generator (WTG) failure rates.
- Cost Management: Define, control, and optimize cost allocation to maintain the lowest cost of energy for customers.
- Adaptation and Growth: Adapt organization and resources to meet local operational needs and customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Develop teams through coaching and management.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Provide field management with strategic decisions and ensure operational team commitment.
- Customer Partnership: Develop working partnerships with customers, ensuring transparency and technical issue resolution.
- Coordination: Ensure timely delivery, completeness, quality, reporting, and EHS compliance in all operations.
- Innovation: Implement creative solutions to strengthen leadership and cost optimization.
- Service Strategy: Actively participate in defining service strategy with senior management.
- External Communication: Strengthen the company’s image through external communication, event participation, and partnerships with technical high schools.
Qualifications:
- Safety-minded with a high technical background in maintenance engineering.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Positive ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Familiarity with budgeting and P&L topics.
- Knowledge of Contract Management in Operational Services
- Knowledge of the power generation business is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Wind Energy Industryis desirable
- Fluent in English.
