Position Summary
The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting for new clients while providing exceptional service and sales expertise to our existing customer base. The Territory Sales Executive will leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into long-term partnerships, while exceeding monthly sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through cold calling and lead generation.
- Secure profitable sales across all LRS service lines within assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty, and exceeding expectations.
- Identify customer needs and create customized proposals highlighting LRS’s best in class solutions.
- Negotiate and close business, effectively communicating LRS’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage activities, document customer interactions, and develop detailed client profiles.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to address customer service inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Participate in company sponsored events, chamber of commerce gatherings and other networking opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and LRS offerings to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Prepare insightful reports and meet regularly with the Sales Leader to discuss progress and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales in a customer-facing role.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Good understanding of the commercial waste and recycling industry.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platform and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic, self-directed and results oriented.
- A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility is a plus.
