We are a forward-thinking solar energy company, dedicated to promoting sustainable solutions. As part of our team expansion in Pakistan, we are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Qualifier to join our ranks. This role is based in Karachi.
Area of responsibility:
Sales Support:
- Assisting in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Proposal Development:
- Preparing solar system proposals for clients.
- Customizing proposals based on client needs and project requirements.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Staying informed about solar industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Identifying potential clients and market segments.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivating relationships with existing clients.
- Networking with industry stakeholders and attending relevant events.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
- Generating regular reports on sales performance.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience inside sales or customer experience teams, preferably in solar | or tech industry working with B2B and B2C clients.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with solar energy products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English.
