As a Solar Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote solar energy solutions. Your primary goal will be to educate customers about solar, answer their inquiries, and schedule an appointment for sales rep to close the deal. This role requires excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers regarding solar energy products and services.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for solar consultations or on-site assessments with field representatives.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and provide additional information as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
