Base salary of $41,600, plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

Attend scheduled appointments with potential clients.
Conduct informative in-home sales presentations to showcase the benefits of solar energy.
Create personalized recommendations based on customer needs and budgets.
Negotiate and close sales effectively.
Follow up with customers throughout the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
Provide accurate customer data to the Sales Manager.
Represent our company with professionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume or consultative sales role.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or GED.
Comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations.
Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
