Liaison /statutory profile for CTU Projects:
Position Overview: As a Liaison officer in the renewable sector, he/She will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, community groups, and industry partners. Your role will be crucial in facilitating communication, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting project development and execution in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and public forums to advocate for renewable energy projects and policies.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal regulations related to renewable energy.
- Ensure that all projects and activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects from CTUIL,MOD,AAI,PTCC,STU,SNA,CEA,CEIG etc
- Project Support:
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to address regulatory and community concerns.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to support project development and execution.
- Community Relations:
- Address community concerns and provide information about renewable energy projects.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events to promote understanding and support for renewable energy initiatives.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare reports and documentation related to stakeholder interactions, regulatory compliance, and project status.
- Track and report on key metrics related to stakeholder engagement and project progress.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of strategies for stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and emerging issues in the renewable sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a liaison or public relations role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
