Preferred Plant Cyber Security Experience:
Network security and Nuclear power plant cyber security expertise.
Experience in cyber security and physical security risk assessment, Vulnerability Analysis for Protective Force, building security, Industrial Control Systems/SCADA.
Cyber Security Risk Assessment on Industrial Control Systems/ SCADA, Risk Assessments on the design, testing, start-up and Remediation of Vulnerabilities and installation of numerous systems including Operational Technology, ICS/SCADA, Fire Detection, and Operational Systems at Nuclear Facilities, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) cyber remediation for pumping stations and Project Management for LLNL for Maintenance and Operations (Asset Management Program)
Candidate provide continuous support at the Nuclear Generating Station. Work entails design and approval of Engineering Change Packages consisting of:
Equipment specifications, data sheets, calculations, and analysis as required to support the design and configuration control process.
Equipment specifications include transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS/DC, communication systems, digital and process instrumentation and controls system components.
Calculations include electrical studies including short circuit, voltage drop, coordination and arc flash studies using OTI-ETAP software.
Electrical/I&C design documents including single line diagrams and panel schedules, schematic and wiring diagrams, electrical physical and raceway drawings, lighting and grounding plans, and cable schedules.
Supervisory responsibilities include review of proposals, schedules and budgets; monitoring and reporting budget and schedule performance; and providing technical leadership to engineers and designers for the Electrical/I&C discipline.
Candidate will support multiple projects and will coordinate activities with clients, contractors, vendors and other members of the project teams.
