Configuration Specialist is responsible for Bill of Material management for North America, including driving Engineering Change Order management/implementation and acting as the Change Coordination Board leader for the team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Track released projects in the Wind Fulfillment Database
- Coordinates the release from Engineering to Scheduling for Sales Orders
- Weekly BOM Configuration/Review Coordinator, including acting as the CCB Meeting stakeholder for approval of engineering changes affecting North America
- Change Management Coordinator – Track Engineering Change Orders through release and coordinate with Material Planners to ensure timely cut-in and coordinate cut-in plans with affected organizations; Kick-off parts activations as needed
- Ensure shop order releases to production are correctly balanced between timeliness and accuracy
- Coordinate the creation of, and update as required, the forecast planning BOMs, including phantoms with accurate allocations to reflect correct demand
- Assist, as required, in the liquidation of Finished Goods
- Coordinate split-scope projects with affected organizations
- Transfer Engineering release BOMs from PLM/Enovia to Oracle OLTP, forming manufacturing kits and replacing specific components (VSPN), activating BOMs in ERP for needed organizations prior WIP Jobs releases.
- Review process improvements to ensure APCC, BOM, and other attributes are correct to ensure iSupplier usage is achieved
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (business or engineering) from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in sourcing, engineering, or manufacturing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, engineering, or manufacturing

- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities
- International business experience
- Black Belt / Green Belt certified or quality certification
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
