* Possess good organization, communication & people skill.
* Support admin function for purchasing,report typing,pantry management, IT inventory etc.
* Ensure all documentation of records are up to date & filed accordingly
* Assist HR Reporting officer & other directors & Project team in respective departments.
* Assist Management in handling daily office operations.
* Handle daily office admin chores.
* Being strategic, with the ability to roll sleeves up, and be part of the operations when necessary.
