Triad Engineering, Inc. has an immediate need for a Practice Leader to manage the Environmental Department in our Morgantown, WV office.
DUTIES:
- Managing the practice to achieve maximum profitability and growth
- Overseeing and directing project management and technical staff
- Proposal preparation
- Prioritizing and scheduling the practice workload
- Ensuring high quality deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
- Effectively manage client base and client satisfaction
- Assist Regional Manager in planning, staffing, management and business development
- Field staff training and mentoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements include:
- BS in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Engineering, or similar field
- 5+ years relevant, progressive experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments
The employee may occasionally be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry field equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. Work may routinely require the employee to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Work is performed under all weather conditions, often on construction sites or in difficult terrain, and sometimes involves extensive standing and walking.
