Role – Test Environment/Test Data Manager

How will I help?
We are seeking a passionate Test Environment Manager with test data management experience to lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of end-to-end non-production environments (on-prem/cloud). Embedded within a domain, you will ensure availability of non-production environments to support multiple projects, drive resolution of incidents and be the single point of contact for environment and test data management.

What do I need?
- Experience implementing observability of non-production environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with program requirements.
- Hands on experience with contention management, resolving test environment conflicts across programs of work.
- Ability to ensure test environment policies, processes, and standards, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks are followed for your domain.
- Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams to resolve environment related issues.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives such health check processes, tool frameworks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence
- Experience defining and implementing key test environment and test data metrics.
- Excellent leadership skills to coach and mentor vendor staff to perform to the highest of their ability.
- Experience defining environment and test data management strategies for programs.
- Coordinating test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications, ensuring that data compliance requirements are met.
- Ability to work in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in incident, change and problem management.
- Experience with industry-standard test environment management tools/platforms.
This role involves ensuring optimal functionality and availability of test environments to support program needs and facilitate efficient testing processes. Also, this role will require you to manage test data refresh and masking activities, gathering compliance requirements, and translating them into effective data masking and sub-setting approaches. Additionally, oversee ongoing test data services and support for multiple projects, while actively engaging with stakeholders to drive technical discussions and provide regular reporting.
