Responsibilities1. Simulate and analyze fluid dynamics and heat transfer phenomena using COMSOL Multiphysics
2. Design and optimize systems and processes for improved fluid flow and heat/mass transfer performance
3. Characterize and model material properties and their impact on fluid flow and heat transfer
4. Interpret and present simulation results to internal stakeholders
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate simulation results with production, process and maintenance teams
6. Continuously improve Simulation Methods and tools
7. Experience with one or more of the following software:
Ansys Fluent/CFX,
StarCCM+,
OpenFOAM, ENGYS
Programming (C++, Python, Matlab, MathCAD)
8. Experience with following are added advantage:
AutoCAD,
Solid Works,
HPC (Cloud computing)
PV manufacturing specific software like, Quokka 3, TCAD Sentaurus, PC1D
QualificationsMaster's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience or Major in Mechanical Engineering, Structural/Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
