Job Title: Executive Advisor & HR Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional from an IIM background to join our team as an Executive Advisor & HR Specialist. This role involves working closely with the Director-HR, help manage and elevate the HR function to meet the need of a fast growing organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic advice, operational support, and hands-on management with full ownership to ensure the HR department is aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Advisory Role:
1. Provide strategic advice to the Director on HR policies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, Trainings and Employees alignment towards organizational goal and development.
2. Offer guidance on complex HR issues, helping the Director navigate challenges and make informed and right decisions in fast changing scenarios.
3. Support the development of a long-term HR strategy and world-class work culture that creates sense of ownership among employees and aligns with the company’s business goals and industry trends.
Operational Support:
1. Assist in the management of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, Trainings, and employee relations.
2. Help design and implement HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction, belongingness, retention, and productivity.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR policies are integrated into the company’s broader business strategies.
Project Management:
1. Lead or support specific HR projects assigned by the Director, such as leadership development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or employee well-being campaigns.
2. Continuously Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion of initiatives that contribute to the Company’s HR objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
1. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR department and work with the Director to implement best practices.
2. Stay updated on the latest HR trends, tools, and technologies, advising the Director on how these can be leveraged to enhance HR functions.
3. Regularly review and refine HR policies to ensure they are aligned with legal requirements and industry standards.
Mentorship & Development:
1. Serve as a mentor and coach to the Director, providing guidance on HR management, leadership, and professional growth.
2. Assist in the development of the Director’s HR knowledge and skills, helping them to grow into a more effective leader.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA from IIM or an equivalent premier institution, with a focus on Human Resources or Organizational Development.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a strategic or advisory role.
Proven track record of working closely with senior leadership and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
