Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and manage project plans for solar or wind energy projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project phases are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial resources are allocated efficiently.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services, managing contracts and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Site Coordination:
- Oversee site activities, ensuring that construction and installation activities are carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site managers to address any on-site issues or delays.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for executive meetings and decision-making.
Office Management:
- Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Manage and prioritize executive correspondence and ensure important communications are addressed promptly.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure that executive directives and strategic initiatives are executed efficiently.
Project Support:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executives, providing support in research, coordination, and execution.
