Designs policies and standards on governance level or implements standards with further operational specificatons on Service Delivery Management level.* Defines, maintains and communicates the global and local portfolio, incl. standard setting on pricing, quality, productivity and compliance. * Defines (global) mandatory service levels and corresponding KPIs. * Monitors competitive trends and service delivery. * Monitors the effectiveness of global policies and programs for the specific service and recommends modification. * Defines, implements, maintains and continuously enhances standard processes. * Ensures effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization. * Manage relationship with external strategic providers on either governance or service delivery level. * Participate and conduct internal and/or external surveys. * Drives development, implementation and improvement of global IT solutions.
