As a Renewable Energy Graduate, you will have exposure to our Hydrogen team and will have the chance to learn about all areas of Green Hydrogen Consultancy.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for high-achieving graduates with a desire to learn – the ideal candidates should have an understanding of the different renewable energy systems, be able to write cohesive reports, enjoy collaborating across multi-discipline teams and be a good communicator with internal and external stakeholders.

Within our Renewables consultancy business, we service a varied client base worldwide, including World Class private developers (major and independent), investment banks, utilities & power generation companies, pension funds, technology innovation and research centres – to name but a few. We provide value added services bespoke to the clients' requirements across; advisory services, technical specialists, project management, owners engineering through all the phases of the project lifecycle. Our specialisms across the renewables sector include; onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen, solar, grid, storage and infrastructure. The work that we do for our clients is key to making the energy transition possible.

Responsibilities Application Process and deadlines

- We will review applications in November
- We will then be holding screening calls throughout November / December with those candidates that fit the criteria below
- Shortlisted candidates will receive invitations to assessment centres and/or interviews in January
- Assessments will take place in February depending on location and discipline

ISCED Level 6 Bachelors (minimum) or Level 7 Masters (preferred) Degree in relevant engineering discipline (Process, Mechanical or similar).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
This is an entry level role, degree qualified incumbents will typically have less than two years experience.
- Awareness of green hydrogen and ‘Power to X’ technologies and potential offtake routes
- Knowledge of trends and economic conditions affecting the renewables and wider clean energy industry.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical information and can demonstrate the application of theory in a practical context.
- Graduate level of competence in the application of standards, processes and procedures and how they are used in work execution
- Ability to prepare accurate, effective, complete and easily understood written communications and reports
- Good level of general computer literacy and basic familiarity with some relevant specialist engineering software

- The right to work in Germany
- European driving licence
- Currently located in Germany and either in Hamburg or willing to move to Hamburg
