- Marketing Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis and stay updated on relevant industry regulations and governmental policies. Use this analysis to identify opportunities and threats for the organisation.
- Gather, analyse, and present market intelligence data, trends, and insights to inform management for strategic decisions and market positioning.
- Research and analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning. Develop strategies to outperform competitors and secure our competitive advantage, win–lost bid analysis.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authority officials, key decision-makers, and influencers. Advocate for the organization’s interests and contribute to policy changes/suggestions that benefit the organization.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and generate demand for our Electrolyser products within the green hydrogen industry in the Domestic and International markets.
- Oversee the development of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.
- Work closely with clients and industry stakeholders to create a compelling value proposition for L&T’s Electrolyser offerings, highlighting their Cost to Ownership and technological advantages.
- Plan and represent the company at industry-specific events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase our products and build connections within the industry.
- Scan the market for the new tender, review & understand the terms of tender, assess of risk involved & suggest mitigation, appraise the top management to make bidding decisions, prepare & submission the bidding documents, track the bid status, competition analysis, follow up with customer for clarifications & deviations, etc.
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, monitoring progress, and forecasting revenue opportunities.
- Execute sales strategies as defined by the organization, including market segmentation, to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Proposal, Engineering, Commercial Management, Legal, finance etc. to ensure that Marketing & Sales efforts are in line with company goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and working extensively for market development and expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and forecast future sales performance.
- Ensure that client inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Understand the commercial aspects of the LOI / PO / Contract terms for the tenders won and communicate with the customer for acceptance. Handling over the project to the designated project manager. Periodic feedback from customer satisfaction.
